1. Service description
EduSapiens provides a structured decision-readiness assessment and pathway report service ("the Service"). The Service is designed to support academic and professional decision-making. It is a decision-support tool, not a psychological service, admissions consultancy, or employment service.
2. Scope of service
By purchasing access to EduSapiens you receive:
- Standard tier: access to the full structured assessment and the pathway report generated from your responses.
- Premium tier: all Standard deliverables plus one 1:1 interpretation session with a qualified advisor, scheduled after completion of the assessment.
3. Limitations and disclaimers
EduSapiens makes no guarantees regarding:
- Admission to any academic programme, university or institution
- Employment, job placement or career outcomes
- The suitability of any specific programme, role or career path for your circumstances
Reports and assessments are decision-support tools intended to help you think more clearly about a decision. They are not psychological diagnoses and should not be treated as such.
Premium coaching sessions are advisory in nature. The advisor is not acting as a therapist, counsellor, or regulated professional adviser. If you are experiencing significant personal distress, please seek appropriate professional support.
4. Payment and refunds
Payment is processed by Stripe. All prices are shown in EUR. VAT may apply depending on your country of residence.
Refund policy:
- If you have not yet started the assessment: contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@edusapiens.eu and we will review your request.
- Once the assessment has been completed and the report generated, the purchase is non-refundable.
- For Premium purchases, if the 1:1 session has not yet been scheduled, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual property
The EduSapiens method, assessment framework, and all platform content are the intellectual property of EduSapiens. Your pathway report is provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercialise any part of the platform or its outputs without written permission.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to the collection and processing of data as described therein.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
Note: this clause will be reviewed and finalised by legal counsel before commercial launch.
