Payment and process

Frequently asked

Is payment secure?
Yes. Stripe processes the payment; we never see or store your card details. You pay on Stripe's hosted checkout page.
What happens after I pay?
You land on a confirmation page with a link to start your assessment. Standard users can begin immediately. Premium users complete the assessment first; we then contact you to schedule the session.
What currency do you charge in?
Prices are in euros. Stripe handles conversion for international cards. VAT may apply depending on your country.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not started the assessment, write to info@edusapiens.eu within 7 days of payment and we will review it. Once the report has been generated, the purchase is non-refundable.
When is the Premium session scheduled?
After you complete the assessment, so your advisor reads your report before the conversation. You receive a scheduling link within 1–2 business days.
